Asset Management preserves and protects Western's facilities and equipment, ensuring that campus standards are consistently met and maintained, building records are accurate, and buildings are safe, secure, comfortable, and accessible. In addition to asset management, the unit oversees the steam plant, technical maintenance, and access control.
