Campus Utilities & Sustainability

Campus Utilities & Sustainability oversees facilities and operations related sustainability initiatives and manages and reports on electricity, natural gas, steam, water, and solid waste on campus. The unit also manages FDO grant funded projects and the WWU Recycling Center. They work with the Sustainability Engagement Institute, the administration, and other campus organizations to help achieve the ambitious goals laid out in Western's Sustainability Action Plan.
