Communications & Customer Service

Communications & Customer Service provides intake, dispatch, and support for service, access, and project requests, performs community outreach, and answers questions regarding project and construction goals, progress, and impacts. The unit also manages Bellingham campus signage, directory, and wayfinding programs and supports departmental strategic planning and policy development.
