OM 120 Renovations - PW764

Renovation of the Old Main 120 suite to create (10) new offices for the Assistant Attorney General (AAG), Student Business Office (SBO), Risk Compliance, and Internal Audit, including (1) shared conference room and (1) open work area. The demolition and moisture sealing of the existing space is currently being handled in-house, and the scope of the PW will be mainly new construction.
