Bid documents must be complete and ready to upload to bid portal. Include:
- Project specifications
- Reference drawings
- Requirement that contractors include COVID costs in their construction bid
Documents must be signed by PM or other preparer and by Assistant Director or Director CPD.
Schedule bid opening with Associate Director in Teams and place on AD's calendar before meeting with AD and IT specialist.
Set up meeting with Procurement Director and IT specialist a minimum of three days before bid advertisement is scheduled to run.
- Bring draft of bid advertisement to meeting.
- Discuss ad and bid package with AD and IT specialist.
- Associate Director will send approved ad for publication.
If any addenda delay the time of the bid opening:
- Schedule the change with Procurement Director to ensure availability to attend opening.
- Change time in bid module.
