  1. Change Trimble Unity Construct (e-Builder) status to "Construction."
  2. Schedule pre-construction conference.
  3. Arrange for site opening.
  4. Collect and upload contractor information.

  • Schedule of values
  • Project construction schedule
  • Subcontractor and supplier list
