  3. Substantial completion
  4. Physical Close-out
  5. Final completion
  6. Internal Close-outs
  7. Electronic and paper document archiving
  8. Update e-Builder status to “complete”
  9. Celebrate!

Physical Close-out

  1. Close down site.
  2. Inspect for final.
  3. Notify occupants.
  4. Organize assists for move-ins

Obtain original permits and occupancy certificates

  • File permit PDFs in e-Builder. 
  • Frame occupancy permit and post in building if new construction (fire control room or similar)
