Student Development & Success Center - PW776

The project consists of an approximately 40,000 GSF building that will co-locate student advising, admissions and financial aid representatives, counseling, and career development into one collaborative facility.

The consultant team, led by Mahlum Architects, conducted the predesign study.  The predesign report is posted above.

Western will be seeking approval to use a Progressive Design Build project delivery method and anticipates completing that process in late fall.  The Request for Proposal to select a firm will follow shortly after approval from the state.
